Kevin Bacon has joined the cast of My One and Only. It's based on a period in George Hamilton's childhood, when his mother went from city to city looking for a man to take care of her and her sons. Renee Zellweger, Chris Noth, Nick Stahl and Logan Lerman are already in the cast. Kevin Bacon will the unfaithful band leader that Zellweger is trying to leave behind. James Mangold will direct the time travelling thriller The Archive. He has previously written the play Proof, which was turned into a film. This time Variety say he's writing a script for Mangold to direct.
