Clips 'n' Pics: Star Trek, Watchmen, Terminator Salvation, Friday the 13th, Babylon A.D., Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince

StarTrek_Poster.jpgThere are tons of clips and pics online, and while none of them really warrant an article on their own, together they are a ton of updates.

First up the new Harry Potter teaser trailer for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince along with some stills from the film...

Next, how about some brand new images from the official MyMarketingSpace site for Babylon A.D., the new Vin Diesel film...

There's a new Terminator Salvation photo on the web, which doesn't really show us much but an old Terminator close up...

How about the first image of Jason in the new Friday the 13th remake - yes, it's a remake despite what the marketing machine want us to believe...

Star Trek new posters anyone? Well they do show off the characters of Spock, Uhura, Nero and Kirk...

New high resolution Watchmen pictures are online...

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince teaser trailer here you are (I tracked it down after seeing the YouTube version on Coming Soon), and it's the biggest piece of rubbish I've seen in a long time. At least it's not giving anything away!

To compliment that I thought I'd post a link to some Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince stills from the film. They've been out on the web for a while, but I caught them over at Freeze Dried Movies and thought that they might compliment that teaser trailer...since there's nothing in it! Find out more on Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince

Here are some official photos from Babylon A.D. with Vin Diesel, Michelle Yeoh, Lambert Wilson, Mark Strong, Charlotte Rampling and Gérard Depardieu - great cast, and I really am starting to get excited about this film. You can see the photos over at the MyMarketingSpace site for the film. Find out more on Babylon A.D.

HorrorMovies.ca have a new Terminator Salvation photo on the web which does suggest that the new Terminators are just that, Terminators and not humans. They've blown up a small image to make it bigger and you can see the Terminator head in all its glory, although you can clearly see the body is a bit more rugged than the final Terminator models. Find out more on Terminator Salvation.

Friday the 13th remake anyone? Well there's the first image of Jason Voorhees online over at Shock Till You Drop. Read more about Friday the 13th

What's interesting with the new Star Trek posters is that in marketing, evil characters are portrayed with their heads down and looking up, it gives them a malevolent look. So they've done that with Nero, but also with Kirk. Uhuru gets an over the shoulder look for sexiness and Spock gets a straight to the camera, openness and honesty. Interesting choices. You can see them all over at IF Magazine, and hit here for more on the new Star Trek.

With the appearance of new Watchmen high resolution photos online I'm getting really excited for the film. You can see the over at Jo Blo, and you can hit here for more on Watchmen including the high definition trailer which is stunning.

I'm interested to know if you want to see individual articles on pictures that reveal nothing interesting from a film and are just for marketing purposes, or trailers that are for poor films and are similarly just for marketing.
