There's a new trailer online for The Dark Knight, the much hyped and anticipated Batman film starring Heath Ledger as the Joker and Christian Bale as Batman.

It's a much darker trailer that really sees the Joker in control and Batman struggling with who he is. I have to say that this is one of the best trailers I've seen in a long time.

This new Dark Knight trailer has the Joker speaking quietly and determinedly over footage from the film, and not only does this show a darker more psychological film through all the action and big stunts, but it also shows Batman as a confused personality, struggling with the power he has and just how far he'll go in using it.

From this trailer you'd think that Joker was the main focus of the film and not Batman, and perhaps that's what we'll see.
