Actual Friday the 13th trailer

Fridaythe13th-RemakePoster.jpgThe previous trailer the Interflab waved about as the new Friday the 13th teaser trailer looks like it was just a recut of previous footage, and now the actual teaser trailer has arrived and I have to admit, despite having reservations about seeing Friday the 13th remade by the Bay team and Vorhees appearing once again, I'm liking what I see.

If this trailer is right, what we're seeing is a return to the core of the franchise, the power of the main character and the absolute relentless and dispassionate that is associated with him. This Friday the 13th trailer is perfectly edited together and delivers.

You have to say one thing about Platinum Dunes, they can deliver a good trailer, we've seen it time and time again and with the latest Friday the 13th remake trailer they've done it again.

Have a look to see just how powerful it is, and if you want a comparision with the previous ones, select the Related articles tag at the bottom of the story marked Friday the 13th, you'll find everything related to the film right there.

Meanwhile here's the trailer. Tell us what you think. Will you watch this remake?

You can also see the high definition version over at MyMarketingSpace Trailer Park [480p:720p:1080p] found through Collider.

I think I might be tempted by this film, remake or not, but then the Dunes also remade The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, and that looked good from the trailer. I suppose it wasn't terrible, but still.
