Australia International trailer online
The International trailer for Baz Luhrmann's Australia is online, and this one is looking way more epic and much more dramatic than the previous. It's also got way more footage, and really has started to get me excited about the film.
I always have been interested, I mean Baz Luhrmann, Hugh Jackman, Nicole Kidman and Bryan Brown, what's not to like? Then the epic story of travelling across Australia and arriving in Darwin during the Japanese bombing in World War II, it has everything.
Here's the synopsis for Australia once again:
“In northern Australia prior to World War II, an English aristocrat inherits a cattle station the size of Maryland. When English cattle barons plot to take her land, she reluctantly joins forces with a rough-hewn stock-man to drive 2,000 head of cattle across hundreds of miles of the country's most unforgiving land, only to still face the bombing of Darwin, Australia, by the Japanese forces that had attacked Pearl Harbor only months earlier.”
Sounds epic. Well just watch this trailer:
I'm truly excited about it, and you should be too. I love the musical choice through it all, the epic feel, there's the talents of Baz Luhrmann and the chemistry between Hugh Jackman and Nicole Kidman is palatable. I'm in, that's going on my must see list, and must see on the big screen.
