A teaser for Dragonball is online, it's bootlegged though so there's some shaky cam going on. James Wong is directing the film.

I don't know much about Dragonball, so I'm off to do some homework on the subject.

Dragonball is directed by James Wong, unfortunately all I know about it is that it started as a Manga series. I'm open to education from any fans though, if you have the time. In the meantime, the teaser trailer for the film has been captured and put online. No audio I'm afraid but you can get the idea. Hopefully it won't be long until we see the proper version.
