The Dragonball teaser is now online, minus the shaky cam, and with audio. Justin Chatwin, Chow Yun-Fat and James Masters star in the film.

I'm not sure if it is close to the original material or not, but head inside for a look.

Dragonball is based on the TV series and Manga comics, none of which I've seen or read unfortuantely. James Wong has directed the film version, and Stephen Chow has acted as producer. For other people unfamiliar, IMDB describes it so:

A young boy named Goku seeks out upon his grandfather's dying request to find the great Master Roshi and gather all seven Dragon Balls (of which he has one) in order to prevent Piccolo from succeeding in his desire to use the Dragon Balls to take over the world.
