The trailer for The Grudge 3 is online and it's looking highly ridiculous. No, I'm not holding anything back, it does look terrible. There are a few moments that do capture the original feel, but the rest of it looks really bad.

It really didn't believe that the Grudge series was going to continue, but apparently it is and the trailer here proves that it's not going to go well.

To be honest there was a drop in quality from the first to the second, but judging on the trailer alone the drop in quality to the third is pretty steep.

Looks awful doesn't it? The thing that struck me the most was the continual full reveal of the scares, but above all it was the appearance of the white painted body parts. What the hell is that all about? At least in the other two films it looked odd, here it just looks like someone's put white make-up on arms and legs, it's atrocious.

Now considering that trailers show off the best parts of films you have to be wondering what good there is to be had from this film.
