With Mickey Rourke currently starring in The Wrestler, one of his older films is now being remade. Producer Mike De Luca, is going to remake Angel Heart. Rourke starred in it with Robert De Niro and Lisa Bonet. Rourke stars as a Private Investigator hired by De Niro's character to find a man in New Orleans. Does this one need a remake? Philip Seymour Hoffman has agreed to voice a character in an Australian stopmotion claymation film. Mary and Max, tells the story of the pen-pal friendship between a young girl in Australia, and a 44 year old man living in America. Toni Collette is already voicing Mary. The news is from Variety.
The Kung Fu Panda sequel has been confirmed for June 2011. It will be called Pandamonium, and both Angelina Jolie and Jack Black will be back for the next one. The film will also be released in IMAX.
