Miller talks Sin City 2

FrankMiller.jpgSin City 2 has been in development for, well for what seems like ages. We've heard before that the script was finished, and ready to go. And still nothing.

Well now Frank Miller says the script is finished, and they could be ready to go in April. Not only that but Rose McGowan may be starring. Jeez, you wait for one bit of news, and then two come along at once.

Sin City 2 seemed to be on a permanent backburner, especially with Frank Miller making The Spirit. The reasons for it not happening have been varied, Robert Rodriguez's availability, Frank Miller's availability and the Weinstein's holding things up. Now Miller has been asked about the film by IGN, and it's the most definite news we have heard about it:

Sin City 2 is written. It's mainly a matter of working out the details of the production. I'm hoping to do it with Robert Rodriguez again in the same circumstances that we did the first one, and we could be shooting as soon as April.

So there we go, at least we have a month in mind. No news on who is coming back, although comicbookmovie have a rumour of a new cast member. They say Rose McGowan could be starring as Ava Lord.

Could Sin City 2 finally be on the move? Would you like to see Rose McGowan in the sequel?

I would definitely like to see Rose McGowan in the sequel, not necessarily for her acting skills ;)
