The trailer for 9, the animated film which promises some great animation and a wonderfully rich and intriguing story, has appeared online and it's well worth taking a look, this could be something rather special.

From writer/director Shane Acker, starring the voices of Elijah Wood, Jennifer Connelly, John C. Reilly, Crispin Glover, Christopher Plummer and Martin Landau, and featuring some superb animation, I'm totally taken by the film.

There's not a great deal on the story of 9, and the trailer tells it all. So I'm going to defer to that. Have a look and see what you think, and if you're not normally one to watch trailers I'd say boo to that, it's Xmas, treat yourself and watch this.
