Where the Wild Things Are trailer online just
The trailer for Spike Jonze's Where the Wild Things Are is online, however you have to be rather patient in watching it and I've found intermittent results with different browsers. It seems to be downloading slowly, probably as there is so much demand to see it.
The trailer has been much anticipated, as has the film, but it's finally here thanks to the Ellen Show, although it now seems that they've removed the trailer since. I wonder how long it'll be online for.
The Ellen Show had an exclusive showing for it, and the link that TrailerAddict have for it now seems to be defunct, so I'm guessing that the studio asked for it to be brought down. However it's still here for you to see until it's not! So get watching.
Where the Wild Things Are is an adaptation of Maurice Sendak's classic children's story (Amazon.co.uk / Amazon.com
) which follows Max, a disobedient boy who creates his own world inhabited by wild creatures just to escape the real world.
I have to say that the trailer looks great fun, although the costumed creatures look a little strange, the feel after this trailer is like being a young kid on the cusp of growing up, excitement, trepidation and a little bitter-sweet happiness.
