The script has been agreed on after some rewrites. With Cruise playing a secret agent, who is involved in the life of a single woman.Variety say it may be heading for a release next Summer.

Chevy Chase has joined the cast of Hot Tub Time Machine. John Cusack, Rob Corddry, and Craig Robinson, Lizzy Caplan, Crispin Glover, Lyndsy Fonseca, and Clark Duke are already signed up. The plot sees a group of guys heading to a lodge where they used to party in their younger days. The hot tub in question takes them back to their youth.
