A trailer that I would describe as my worst nightmare next. It's the full trailer for the Fame remake.

Precocious kids, convinced of their own talent await you inside. Good to see things haven't changed too much since the original.

The Fame remake centres on a bunch of teenagers at the New York Academy of Performing Arts. Elder stars include Kelsey Grammer, Bebe Neuwirth and one of my favourite comedy actresses Megan Mullally.

All the performing arts are included, musicians, dancers and even a flash of jazz hands. Much as you would expect, they all pretty much think they are the best thing since sliced bread. Add in a smattering of soul searching, and some musical numbers and here we are. Wouldn't half these kids end up on American Idol or some such programme?
