New Fame Harry Potter trailer online
Sounds a little confusing and I couldn't really figure out a good way to say it, but there's a new trailer online for the remake of the musical Fame and it's really pitching itself at the Harry Potter crowd since it starts off with footage akin to Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.
It's a nice sparkly sounding teaser trailer and sets the mood for the film in a very quick forty one seconds without any great fuss. Still no real concept of the dramatic side of the story, but I think this and it's placement before Harry Potter will ensure a big audience.
The trailer says it all, it's about Fame but now it's going to be much more ego filled and concentrating on success, being number one, being loved and being the best – was the television show all about that? I think not, but certainly the modern day understanding of fame is all about the celebrity, success and the money. I wonder if that will be reflected in the final film?
Who am I kidding, it's going to be much lighter and fluffier isn't it? Certainly the actors behind the teachers suggest a little more depth to it with Charles S. Dutton, Kelsey Grammer, Bebe Neuwirth and Megan Mullally with Debbie Allen returning from the television series.
Anyway, enough of this. You can head over to Yahoo Movies [Flash:480p:720p:1080p] and see the trailer in high definition, or you can see it right here.
