The Informant Trailer online
The trailer for Steven Soderbergh's latest film The Informant has arrived online, and while it might not be telling us the whole story, after all it's good that trailers don't reveal the whole truth and nothing but the truth, it is looking very interesting and funny to boot.
I actually think there's a little more to the film than the blurb suggests, as we see that at every turn Matt Damon's character doing the unexpected and perhaps doing something for himself that neither his company nor the FBI see coming. Then again, that could just be the trailer.
The film is based on a true story, although looking at the trailer it's going to be taking a lot of liberties, about the highest ranking company executive to turn informant to the FBI on his company's insider tactics. Collating video and audio evidence, Mark Whitacre managed to hide his own not so legal deals and his own battle with bipolar disorder.
You can see the trailer over at Apple Trailers [QT:P:S:M:L:480p:720p:1080p] in a variety of sizes, as per usual, and high definition. You can also see it below in quick to hand flash.
What do you think of The Informant? Watching it you cold start thinking of Matt Damon giving a superb performance, it certainly hints that way. Perhaps a career high?
