There's a new trailer online for [REC] 2 online, and it barely shows anything new. It actually feels like another teaser building up to the release of a real trailer, and maybe it is, or maybe they feel that it doesn't need a full trailer as the name is so well known already.

[REC] 2 picks up where [REC] finished off, and with the people inside the block of flats all seemingly dead, the authorities who quarantined the building send in a clean-up squad, armed to the teeth, and they don't seem to do so well.

What [REC] 2 appears to do is go straight down the Doom route and have plenty of first person camera action putting the audience right in the middle of the action.

So far though we've heard nothing new over the previous story we got from the first film, apart from there's a few of the leads and they have guns.

Whereas in Doom the style is ridiculed, in [REC] 2 it seems that it's going to be hugely appreciated. I'm not so sure. Over the shoulder camera to the side, this just seems like more of the same, it really does.
