New York, I Love You clips online
New York, I Love You, the new film based on the same idea as Paris Je t'aime (Filmstalker review) which I really enjoyed, has some clips online from a number of the sequences and showing us Bradley Cooper, Justin Bartha, Vedant Gokhale, Hayden Christensen, Andy Garcia, Rachel Bilson, Irrfan Khan, Natalie Portman, Orlando Bloom, Christina Ricci (well voice of), Ethan Hawke, Maggie Q, Anton Yelchin, James Caan and Drea de Matteo.
Yes there are a number of clips from a number of different segments pulled together, a couple of which might just have some work to be done on them, but it still looks interesting.
It is very clear though, either most American actors smoke, or most New Yorkers smoke. There does seem to be a fair bit of smoking going on!
Paris Je t'aime (Filmstalker review) was a superb film, filled with cleverly scripted subtleties which managed to capture a lot of heart and emotion with some wonderful moments that really did touch the audience.
Will New York, I Love You do the same? I'm not sure. Will it be darker? Perhaps, will it capture the same sort of subtlety and emotion? I tend not to think so, but then there are so many different writers and directors involved, perhaps it will?
