Can Nicolas Cage improve on some, if not all, of his film choices of late? Well the Season of the Witch trailer might just let you make a call on that. After watching it, where Cage manages to be the centre of the attention without being the centre of trailer, the only thing that seems to be missing is him punching a woman while wearing a bear costume!

The film sees Cage and Ron Perlman as two knights in the fourteenth century guarding a woman who is accused of being a witch and who people believe is behind the spread of the bubonic plague.

I feel myself switching off already, but let's give it a chance, there could be something here that we're missing, because it's certainly not in the trailer. Mind you the director Dominic Sena also directed Whiteout, Swordfish and Gone in 60 Seconds...oh, I was doing okay until that last one.
