New Sherlock Holmes trailer online

SherlockHolmes.jpgSherlock Holmes has arrived with another new trailer, I'm starting to wonder just how many cuts there are of this trailer, because here we are again with more similar footage and more new clips. I wonder if we're going to keep seeing new cuts while new footage is completed.

Sherlock Holmes is Guy Ritchie's attempt to revisit the classic character with the original writing of Arthur Conan Doyle in mind, and it stars Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law as Holmes and Watson respectively.

For all I've said, the new trailer looks really good, and probably better than the rest, tying in story telling elements much neater and building on the characters and their relationship, and there's a little more of that superb bad guy, Lord Blackwood.

I think that this trailer is probably the best Sherlock Holmes trailer so far. Yeah I have already said that, but they are getting better and better, and there's a feeling that what we're seeing are the trailers being tested and refined on the Internet audience before selecting the cinema version. To be fair, why the hell not? It's instant and wide feedback, and if they get the best trailer cut out of it that gest the best reception in the cinema, then why not?

Here's the new Sherlock Holmes trailer through SuperheroHype, and if you want the MTV version, they've been kind enough to let non-US film viewers watch it, how unusual, and you can see it right here in HD.
