Universal Soldier: Regeneration trailer online

VanDamme.jpgThe trailer for the next Universal Soldier, Universal Soldier: Regeneration, is online and it features two blasts from the past, Dolph Lundgren and Jean-Claude Van Damme going head to head, but this time Lundgren's soldier has an allay, in the guise of Andrei Arlovski.

Arlovski plays a Universal Soldier under the control of a terrorist organisation, and when the government reinstate the old model played by Van Damme, the terrorists pull out another weapon, his arch enemy from way back, the other original model played by Lundgren. It's Deveraux versus Scott and new boy NGU.

The film is written by newcomer Victor Ostrovsky and directed by John Hyams, and if the trailer is anything to go by then they've managed to pull off something action packed and exciting, and get Dolph Lundgren and Jean-Claude Van Damme back into their old ways with more screen staring power than ever before.

Here's the trailer for you to have a look at, do you think they've managed to pull it off?

If I was a huge fan of Jean-Claude Van Damme I can see myself getting very excited about this.

What did you think of the trailer? It's very apparent that there's a lack of humour from the first and it could be all action.
