Merry Xmas from Filmstalker
Merry Xmas from Mr and Mrs Filmstalker, that's what my wife calls herself. It's just turned midnight on Xmas Eve here in Aberdeen, Scotland so I thought it apt to leave a little Xmas message to you all.
I hope that you're sitting with friends, family, loved ones, and are looking forward to tomorrow's festivities, whatever they may be for you, and if there aren't any and you're just enjoying a holiday, then do just that.
Whatever you're doing, let me just wish you and your loved ones all the best, and if you aren't busy, get those Top Tens written and sent in, have a listen to the Filmstalker Film Club Audiocast of which there are more to come and you can be a part of, and have a look at the Best Films of the Decade that have been running so far (that's 2006 , 2005 , 2004 , 2003 , 2002 ,2001 , 2000), we're currently up to 2006 and there's more to come, obviously!
Otherwise, enjoy the day, and remember it's all about friends, family and joy.
That and I'm taking my Dad to see Avatar (Filmstalker review) on Boxing Day to see his first film in the cinema since he took me to see Indiana Jones when it was released. I think he's going to be a little surprised.
May you have a happy one.
