Robin Hood new trailer reveals story

RobinHood.jpgThere's a new trailer for Robin Hood online, and this one tells us story and let's us see way more footage and plenty of dialogue from the characters. This one is the real trailer, the previous was just to let people know there was action coming.

There are some really cool moments in this one, although the opening battle flies by too fast, being far too heavily cut, the rest of the trailer is rather cool. Oh, and Maid Marion fights too.

You can see the previous trailer right here, although I'd suggest leaping into the the latest one below for Ridley Scott's Robin Hood starring Russell Crowe, Cate Blanchett, Mark Strong, William Hurt, Kevin Durand, Matthew Macfadyen, Danny Huston, and Max von Sydow.

This trailer has plenty of the story, plenty of the characters talking, and the great thing is it feels like the Robin Hood story we've seen time and time again, just with Scott's action direction, new actors, and a lot more serious stuff from scene to scene.

I'm not sold yet, but I'm getting taken in, especially by that cast.

This certainly does have the feel of an epic movie and could well be the most epic Robin Hood movie we have yet to see, but it's going to be tough to re-tell the tale that has been read and seen for so many years.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking too Billy, where can they really go that the other films haven't already been?
