Jonathan Levine, the writer of All the Boys Love Mandy Lane and The Wackness, is writing Warm Bodies…
Jonathan Levine, the director of All the Boys Love Mandy Lane and writer/director of The Wackness, is writing the screenplay for Warm Bodies according to Variety. It's based on the Isaac Marion book which looks at a zombie who begins a relationship with the girlfriend of one of his victims and starts something that will change Zombies of the world forever. Sounds incredibly bizarre and coming from the mind of Levine it should be interesting, especially considering the two films above.

Ronald Harwood is to write the Martin Luther King Jr. biographical film…
Ronald Harwood is to write the screenplay for the Martin Luther King Jr. biographical film according to Variety, the first film about the man that has support from, and full access to his estate. Harwood us best known for writing The Pianist and has said that he will remain extremely true to the truth of the story, by that I would assume that it's going to be a very factually based biographical film and not a Hollywood version.

D.J. Caruso is to direct I Am Number Four…
D.J. Caruso is to direct I Am Number Four according to The Hollywood Reporter, the film that tells the story of nine aliens who have escaped their home planet before it was destroyed by another alien race. They've come to Earth to hide out among us humans, but then so have the other alien race who want to hunt them down. The fourth alien, from the title of the film, has disguised himself as a high school student. Sounds like Roswell, and since it comes from the creators of Smallville, not a great surprise or leap. Back in June the rumour was that perhaps Michael Bay would direct after he had taken on production of the film, but not so, Caruso is the man.
