Y: The Last Man tries again
We haven't heard much from Y: The Last Man film, last we heard D.J. Caruso and Shia LaBeouf were set to bring it to life with LaBeouf taking the lead and Caruso bringing the story to life from Brian K. Vaughn's story. However everything went quiet.
However there's some talk of a move forward with the film and there's a potential new director.
It would seem that the film fell a little flat because out of the three scripts that were written and only one standing out, the one by Brian K. Vaughn himself and that's what caused the delay.
The rumours through Latino Review though are that pace is picking up on the film, New Line have a new direction for it, and there's a new director looking to take on the project, although nothing has been signed as yet. The name? Louis Leterrier, the director of Clash of the Titans, The Incredible Hulk, Transporter 2 and Unleashed.
His name has been associated with more and more projects, but this is the strongest rumour we've heard to date.
Could the director be about to bring Y: The Last Man back to life?
