Shyamalan's next film revealed

MNightShyamalan.jpgWell, when I say revealed, the high level plot overview has been revealed for M. Night Shyamalan's next film, the script that is being kept rightly under wraps as it is being handed to studio executives to read and hand back immediately.

There's not much on the story, but we do get confirmation of one star and also of what the concept of the film will be. It's interesting, but we still need to wait to find out more about it.

We had heard that Bradley Cooper, Gwyneth Paltrow and Bruce Willis were "loosely attached" to the film already, and that's a surprise since there's a script but no studio, and I believe we're still awaiting full confirmation that M. Night Shyamalan will direct, but it looks very likely.

The latest story from Deadline Hollywood Daily tells us that Cooper will play a father who is searching for his missing son and uses some supernatural powers in order to help in the search.

That's it. That's all we know. Still, we know that it's going to be sitting in comfortable Shyamalan territory with a real story combining a supernatural element.

Sounds positive, although just wait for the anti-Shyamalan element to leap all over that.
