I Love You Phillip Morris red band trailer

ILoveYouPhillipMorris.jpgI Love You Phillp Morris seems to have been sitting in Hollywood purgatory for a long time, it did see quite a wide release country wise, but many of them have been limited and it's never really seen its true potential.

Finally it's getting a US release on the 3rd of December some ten months after first being released in Belgium. That's no sign that it's a bad film though, just the opposite, there are many positive comments for the film.

I Love You Phillip Morris follows the story of Steven Russell, a married policeman who turns his life around, comes out of the closet and becomes a superb con-man. Unfortunately he's put in prison for a very long time after being caught on his latest con. There he meets Phillip Morris who he falls in love with and when he's moved to another prison he makes it his mission to break out, free his love, and be together. While running enough cons to keep them filthy rich.

There have been a number of trailers over the year, but this one is perhaps the one that tells the story best and sets the mood for the film.

Oh and did I tell you that the gay couple in love are played by Jim Carrey and Ewan McGregor? Superb casting, excellent story, here's the trailer.
