Plot revealed for Underworld 4: New Dawn...

Closing Credits: Ingrid Pitt...

No Crow for Wahlberg...
Mark Wahlberg was talking to Stephen Norrington about joining his version of The Crow, however since Norrington has left the production Wahlberg never signed up. Speaking through Cinematical and Empire he says that “we never committed to making the movie” - we? Does he mean that Norrington never did either? Seems that way according to the star.

Bernal playing boxing champion Roberto Durán...
Gael García Bernal will play the five times world boxing champ Roberto Durán in a film called Hands of Stone according to Variety. It follows the boxer who famously defeated Sugar Ray Leonard and gained the WBC welterweight title but lost it in the rematch when he walked back to his corner and said no more. Jonathan Jakubowicz will direct the film which he also wrote and Al Pacino is apparently looking at the role of trainer Ray Arcel.

Plot revealed for Underworld 4: New Dawn...
The plot for the fourth Underworld film, Underworld 4: New Dawn, which will star the returning Kate Beckinsale, has been revealed, and quite frankly it's sounding a little weak. Through Bloody Disgusting and Collider:

“After being held in a coma-like state for fifteen years, vampire Selene (Kate Beckinsale) learns that she has a fourteen-year-old vampire/Lycan hybrid daughter, Nissa, and when she finds her they must stop BioCom from creating super Lycans that will kill them all.”

Vampire in a coma? Company using genetics to create an army of....is this the new Resident Evil? It does sound weak but then with a script by J. Michael Straczynsk and John Hlavin and directed by Måns Mårlind and Björn Stein you have to think there's going to be something more to it than that weak blurb.

Closing Credits: Ingrid Pitt...
Ingrid Pitt, the actress of many a classic horror film from Hammer Horror, has died aged 73. She was born in Poland but ended up a star of British horror films such as Countess Dracula.

According to the BBC her daughter Stephanie Blake said that she wanted her mother to be remembered as the woman with...

"...wonderful teeth and the wonderful bosom"

She first appeared in a big film in the classic Where Eagles Dare then The Vampire Lovers after which her Hammer Horror career took off. She also starred in other films such as The Wicker Man, Who Dares Wins, television series Smiley's People and even recently in Doctor Who, but she's always remembered for her Hammer Horror roles.

Feels like its been a while since we had one of those "Stalked" articles, which I love.

Hey Vash. Yeah, I had actually stopped dropping so much news on the site to see if it suited better dropping it on the Facebook page. It did, but then Facebook isn't on the site and I've been getting distracted with it - there's enough to do here like migrate to a new back end, never mind reviews outstanding (I have tons!).

So I think I'll come back to the Stalked articles to round things up again.
