Wrecked trailer online

Wrecked.jpgSometimes when thrillers present themselves they give away too much of the story, and before you see it you're not sure if it has or its misdirection, not until you've seen the film do you realise how much it has. Wrecked is currently there for me.

Watching the trailer you probably have one of two very clear ideas where the film is going to be going, and if you're like me you'll be hoping that neither are true in the film itself.

Wrecked has the tagline "Academy Award Winner Adrien Brody", something that doesn't hold so much weight these days with a bunch of lacklustre films and performances behind him since those heady days, and has been used far too often in the past to hype a poor film.

The question is will this be a return to powerful and impassioned performances for the actor? It looks like it has potential as the film suggests that he'll be on his own for most of it and acting against his own confused mind.

Here's the plot for the film which does suggest that he's going to carry the whole film, something he's very able of doing, and if the film allows him to we could see something special from him.

Adrien Brody stars as a man who awakens in a mangled car-wreck at the bottom of a steep cliff. Injured and trapped inside, with no memory of how he got there or who he is, he must rely on his most primal instincts to survive.

Here's the Wrecked trailer which you can also see on Apple Trailers:
