The Last Circus (A Sad Trumpet Ballad aka Balada Triste de Trompeta) new red band trailer
The Last Circus (A Sad Trumpet Ballad) is the upcoming film from writer and director Álex de la Iglesia who also wrote and directed The Oxford Murders and a television film that captured me somewhat, The Baby's Room (Filmstalker review).
The Last Circus tells a rather violent and strange tale of a circus and performers that reflects the conflicts in Spain through the civil war and the dictatorship there. Really though I don't know a lot about the film but the trailers have captured my attention.
Álex de la Iglesia made quite the impression on me when I saw his film The Baby's Room (Filmstalker review), and the trailers for The Last Circus (A Sad Trumpet Ballad aka Balada Triste de Trompeta) have been very intriguing.
Add in the comments from those that have seen it and there are a lot of reasons to see the film, and that's not even mentioning the idea of killer clowns with automatic weapons.
Here's the trailer for The Last Circus (A Sad Trumpet Ballad aka Balada Triste de Trompeta).
