Cell 211 spoiler trailer
Cell 211 (Filmstalker review) is a great thriller and there's a new English language trailer online for it, but I'm loathed to suggest you watch it as it gives away one of the twists in the film as the voiceover man talks about the plot.
I guess it's not so bad because there are more twists and turns to come, but the very fact that it gives one away is enough to add a sour taste to watching the film, plus the voiceover is a little out of place with the rest of the film.
So I'll leave it up to you whether you watch the English language trailer for Cell 211 (Filmstalker review), personally I'd say no and stick with the film itself, you can read my review which is spoiler free, but I'd suggest if you're going to see the film to not watch the trailer.
Or here's an idea, read the plot below and watch the trailer with the volume down so you don't hear the twist reveal from the voiceover but you'll still get the visuals and the feel for the film. Then, of course, read the review.
In order to make a good impression, Juan reports to his new job as a prison officer a day early. His destiny is forever changed by this fateful decision, as during his tour of the prison, an accident occurs that knocks him unconscious. He is then rushed to the empty Cell 211. As this diversion unfolds, inmates of the high security cell block break free and hijack the penitentiary. Aware of the violence that is to come, the prison officers flee, leaving Juan stranded in the heart of the riot.
Here's the trailer:
Now if you have seen the film and watched the trailer it would be interesting to hear what you thought of the voiceover.
