Frankenstein with a boy and a dog is the quick description of the Frankenweenie and the trailer backs that up, but it does look like it could be a lot of fun especially with the little references to the original story - watch for that nice Bride of Frankenstein moment.

It is a Tim Burton short story, script and film so there's going to be a lot more to it than the blurb suggests, this isn't just going to be a retelling of the Frankenstein tale with a boy and a dog and some nice references.
