Argo International trailer

Argo.jpgA new international trailer has arrived for the film Argo, Ben Affleck's next film which tells the story of a CIA rescue attempt of Americans hiding out in Iran by pretending that they are all part of a film crew making a science fiction film.

Unbelievable isn't it, but surprisingly true and the trailer for Affleck's latest directorial and acting outing is looking very strong.

Here's the official blurb for Argo:

As the Iranian revolution reaches a boiling point, a CIA 'exfiltration' specialist concocts a risky plan to free six Americans who have found shelter at the home of the Canadian ambassador.

I'm a big fan of Ben Affleck since he's moved to directing, he's really proven himself incredibly quickly and it's surprising just how well he is at it. The Town (Filmstalker review) was superb and I absolutely loved it finding myself sold once again him in front of the camera as well.

I really do hope that he can keep this quality up and it looks like he's going to with his latest film Argo. Here's the new trailer through TrailerAddict:
