David Grohl is the lead singer of the Foo Fighters, a talented songwriter, drummer, guitarist and who knows what else because he's just added another strong to his bow with the title of director. Yes he's a director now as he delivers his first film Sound City.

The trailer looks rather interesting too as it begins to look at the famous Sound City recording studio and looks as though it's going to also examine the impact and affect that electronics is having over the artist.

David Grohl has also pulled in some big names to talk about Sound City, and no wonder, including names like Tom Petty, Neil Young, Mick Fleetwood, Guns N Roses, Metallica, and many more, then add in the music itself and this could be a cracking film to see, and hear.
