Star Trek Into Darkness trailer, glib comments and action

StarTrekIntoDarkness.jpgAnother Star Trek Into Darkness trailer has arrived and it gives us more meat on the bones of the previous trailer but then there's still not much meat. This one scales things down a little although not that much, but it does keep that feeling of it being very personal between the two characters played by Chris Pine and Benedict Cumberbatch.

Plenty from characters and actors we want to see and loads of action shots, nice to see there's not as much lens flare too. Oh we all know this will be a winner don't we? I wonder who'll die though, surely someone is for the chop that isn't wearing a temporary uniform?

Here's the blurb for Star Trek Into Darkness:

After the crew of the Enterprise find an unstoppable force of terror from within their own organization, Captain Kirk leads a manhunt to a war-zone world to capture a one man weapon of mass destruction.

So will someone get the chop? A character we don't expect? It just seems the tone of the film is taking the crew into tough times, personal times, and it does feel like the film that's going to deliver the same surprise as we had at the end of Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan.
